Acceptance
By accessing or using Swiftgrounds (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Ale Mohamad (“we”, “us”).
Use of the Service
Swiftgrounds is a directory for Swift Playground content. You may browse, discover, and access playgrounds listed on the platform. To publish content, you must create an account and verify your domain.
You agree not to use the Service to submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains malware or harmful code, or is false or misleading. We reserve the right to remove any content or account at our discretion.
Publisher responsibilities
As a publisher, you are solely responsible for the content you submit and the feed you host on your domain. Swiftgrounds indexes your content but does not host or store it. You represent that you have the right to publish the content you submit, and that it complies with applicable laws.
Your feed URL must remain accessible. Feeds that return errors or contain invalid content may be removed from the index without notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorised access to your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for extended periods.
Intellectual property
The Swiftgrounds platform, its design, and its original content are owned by Ale Mohamad. Playground content submitted by publishers remains the property of its respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
